3am- puking
11:15am- dry heaving
11:45am- picking up people for our date...
I survived the ice skating. It was my first time and I was a natural! I did get dizzy and had to sit down a couple times...
I had a wonderful group! They are all very nice. We had my father's wonderful Italian food (which my tummy would not really let me eat) for dinner. Dancing, not so much. Again, my tummy was being dumb. But, other than being a little ill, it was a wonderful day! Lots of fun and laughter. Lots of friends and smiles! Lots of compliments and hugs from so many girls that tend to freak out when they see people they know at dances.
Thanks Andrew for a wonderful date!

Escar-what?!
I was invited for a wonderful evening at the beautiful French restaurant, le Caille, with my amazing friend Nathan! It was quite the adventure!
His adorable sister went with us!
Yes...this was our first course... I kept putting it up to my mouth, but I would hesitated and not eat it. After many times, my date offered to give my hand a shove when it go close to my mouth. I finally ate it on my own though. No help needed. (It didn't help that everyone at my table was watching me and laughing at me. It kept making me laugh!)
It was definitely a night I will never forget! Thanks Nathan and Melissa for taking me on one of the most fun adventures ever!

Homecoming!
A sophomore in my ward asked me to the Homecoming dance. My group had 3 couples from my ward including me and one other couple. It was basically a mini ward party. :) It was a fun night though! Thanks Colton!
Hehe! I also like how we are standing in the middle of a dirty road in this picture...thanks people who replaced the green screen with a dirty road.

Marching Band!
This year was a great year for the Davis High School Marching Band! We took 1st at the BYU competition and 2nd at the other Utah competitions. At the Red Rocks competition in St. George competing with bands from other states, we took 3rd! At the Band of America pre lims, we took 3rd in our division and 4th overall. In the BOA finals, we took 3rd overall and took the Visual Caption! It was a night to remember! I love the DHS Marching Band!
Squeak! Squeak! Squeak! Go Clarinets!!!
Sometimes I get to see my Viewmont buddies at the competitions!
The three of us are basically the best of friends when it comes to band! :) I don't think I have laughed as hard as I do with them in years!

...Pageant
A word of advice: if your daughter ever asks if she can be in a pageant, tell her NO! You will thank me later.
I got some cute pictures out of it at least...
I made people cry while singing...
But I am not tall, thin, or blonde...so therefore, I could not win.
But to tell you the truth, I was ecstatic when I lost! It made it so I could do marching band and a lot of other things. If I had won, it would have taken over my life! Bleh! Dressing up is fun as is being in front of people on stage, but I will have to pursue those dreams in a different way!
